About the factory

LONU factory is located in Zhangjiang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shanghai. There are complete LED testing laboratories established by local government. Our factory covers 1200 square meters, including administration area, R&D center, assembly workshop, packing center, and warehouse. We adopt the new 3D printing technology at the beginning of new product development. This greatly shortens the prototype process. Thanks to rapid and low cost logistic system in China, we can establish a powerful supply chain for our products. Continuing investment and upgrade on our supply chain system, this ensures we can quickly get materials and parts in high quality. With experienced workers, our lights can be quickly assembled and delivered to our clients. Modifications on our products design can be made according to requirements of our clients. This can greatly meet client’s demand on individual custom-made products. We also establish detailed quality control and management system, covering product design and evaluation, material inspection, manufacturing, assembling, products inspection, and client feedback.
